Mr Nandkumar Khandare is a very versatile automotive expert having engaged over 4 decades in Indian Automotive Product Development.

He has worked as a Chief Engineering Advisor to Ashok Leyland Defense & Light Commercial Vehicles, Project Manager and Chief Engineer, ‘World Truck’ at Tata Motors, Vice President (Product Development) at Mahindra Navistar Automotives, Chief Executive Officer & Sr. Vice President at Ashok Leyland.. 

He is known for his technical insights and innovative approach to new product Development. He was instrumental in development of the most modern, Clean-sheet platforms, one each for India’s largest OEM’s Tata Motors & Mahindra & Mahindra. He was also part of development of mid-car, an MPV, several LCVs, ICVs, HCVs and buses. Most of the product delivered under his leadership were done in record time with an impressive quality. In his extensive experience, he collaborated with many overseas partners from France, UK, Italy, USA, Japan and Korea & North America.

In 2018, Indrajeet capitalized on his more than 15 years of rich experience in different automotive companies around the globe by giving way out to his entrepreneurial ambitions & passion for engineering by establishing Technorithm Engineering, his idea is to develop world class engineering service center for Mobility, Mechanical & product development under one roof. For several years, working with Tata motors, Mahindra Navistar, Nissan Europe, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Honda USA & NIO. Indrajeet manages the role of Chief-Executive Officer & Design-Head along-with many other organizational functions.

Since establishment of Technorithm, Indrajeet is managing multiple projects & fulfilling client’s needs based in USA, Europe & India.

Gordon represent Technorithm Engineering in Europe. He started his career as a Design Apprentice in British Leyland in 70s. But very quickly the world called out to him.

Within few years he moved to Paris to work at Citroen/Peugeot. As the Project phase was at completion, he was already ready for more challenging tasks. After 2 years at Citroen, he moved to Sweden, Gothenburg to work at Volvo. He contributed to Volvo XC60.

Gordon's father was from Detroit, soon he got attracted towards General Motors. After that at Ford-South Africa, GM-Germany and Italy. In 1993, TATA Motors was looking for Body structure experts to train the team in India for their luxury off-road SUV - TATA Safari. He joined TATA as Project Manager and helped to deliver the product which is still running on roads.

Before settling to work in Jaguar Land-Rover, he lived for a year in Iran designing the Samand.

His proficiency in French and Swedish language helping us to exhibit better to Multilingual European clients.
